R&R Project

Tuesday and Friday drop-in (by appointment) and case work Monday to Friday

The Relief and Recovery Project, funded by the National Lottery Reaching Communities until 2026, is our comprehensive support initiative for individuals experiencing recurrent street homelessness in Manchester. The project operates through a referral basis from the evening drop-in. The program of support starts with one-to-one assessments that form the foundation of each person's recovery journey.

What sets this project apart is its bespoke approach to support, where each individual receives a tailored recovery pathway following their initial assessment with support staff.

The project goes beyond immediate relief by incorporating structured programmes. Success is measured through various metrics, including service utilisation, health outcomes, guest engagement levels, and individual stability progress, ensuring the project maintains its effectiveness in supporting Manchester's homeless community.
