Relief & Recovery Project at the 2.5 yr stage
The Relief and Recovery Project, funded by the National Lottery, continues to provide vital, person-centred support to people experiencing street homelessness in Manchester. Since launching in May 2024, the project has made a significant, positive impact—helping individuals move forward into accommodation, employment, and greater stability, all while recognising the natural ebb and flow of our community.
Operating five days a week, with two dedicated drop-in sessions, the project offers truly bespoke support. Each participant leads their own journey, supported by their case worker—either Hannah or Sam—who walks alongside them every step of the way. We work to manage expectations, support positive change, and empower each individual’s growth.
Sometimes, this means attending a housing assessment together; other times, it’s simply sharing a coffee at a local café to help someone feel valued. Every step is progress, and every meeting is an opportunity to build trust.
This Christmas we have teamed up with TeeMill
Why TeeMill? Because Fast Fashion Is Rubbish (Literally)
Out there in business-as-usual land, 60% of clothing is made from plastic—and 99% of it never gets recycled. That’s a mountain of waste, and it’s not our style.
Enter TeeMill:
TeeMill flips the script. They use organic materials, renewable energy, and clever tech to make only what’s needed, when it’s needed. Every product is designed from the start to be sent back, remade, and worn again—no landfill, no waste, just proper circular fashion.
They’ve built a platform that lets anyone (even us!) launch a sustainable brand with a circular model from day one. It’s free, it’s easy, and it’s changing the game for good.
So when you buy a Coffee4Craig tee, you’re not just getting top-quality kit—you’re helping end homelessness and fighting fashion waste.
That’s what we call a win-win.
